We’ve been working with families to capture, story and playback stories, so we’ve learned a bit and want to share it with you. Don’t see your question here, just send us a message!
Faq.
We will keep your recording for the entire time you are a paid customer. If you choose not to renew, we reserve the right to delete your recordings after 90 days after terminating a paid plan. Recordings that are part of a free account will be deleted 45 days after recording.
Lolly is built to be very friendly and easy to use. There is no app (yet) to record and you can do it from your phone or computer with built-in microphones. You can record higher quality content if you want with your own studio quality microphone if you want, but it is not required.
For playback you can currently use Amazon Alexa devices such as an Amazon Echo, Amazon Dot, Amazon Auto and even the Alexa App for Android and iPhone.
Currently we only make available the web-friendly Lolly app that works in leading browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox and other variants. We also support recording on iPhone via Safari and Android via Chrome.
